Application of the relaXhearts^® Heartfeeds

Simply stick a relaXhearts^® Heartfeed on a surface (business card, color scale, etc.) and display your own stress level.

With the help of our color scale, you can then easily identify your stress level. Lightly press your thumb onto the relaXhearts^® Heartfeed.

From now on you can easily determine how stressed or relaxed you are and see the efficiency of your relaxation exercises, which you can now optimize in the most optimal way with our Biodot^® stress points within the releXhearts program.

Simply compare the changing color of the relaXhearts^® heartfeed with the colors on the enclosed color chart.
