Biodot^® stress points are small thermal skin indicators that indicate your current state of stress or relaxation through a color change. Using the relaXhearts^® color scale, you can then easily identify your condition. Simply stick one of our Biodot^® stress points between your thumb and forefinger on the back of your hand.
 
The Biodot^® stress points can remain on the hand for a long time until they fall off by themselves. Our biofeedback points are self-adhesive.
