relaXhearts^® color card (without Biodot^®)

Biodot^® Biofeedback Stress Dots are small round thermal skin adhesive dots that indicate the current state of stress or relaxation based on a color change. The respective condition can then be easily identified using the relaXhearts^® color card.

Easy, anytime, anywhere. Simply stick a Biodot^® stress point between your thumb and forefinger on the back of your hand. The Biodots can remain on the hand for a long time until they fall off on their own.

From now on you can easily determine how tense or relaxed you are and see the efficiency of your relaxation exercises, which you can optimize.
